She is accredited in the use of Predictive Index Workplace Behavioural assessment (PI) and Cognitive Learning Indicator (PI-LI) assessment, facilitates Becoming a PI Practitioner training workshops, and is a trained assessor.

Bianca has a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of North West and is registered as an Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA. She is currently studying towards her PhD in Industrial Psychology.
